- A minimum of 5 O'Level passes including Math and English
- ROYTEC Principles of Real Estate Sales Certification (exceptions will be made for persons who are committed to completing the said course within the first year of employment)
- At least 10 12 years working experience
- Your own vehicle in good working condition
- Mobile phone communication at all times
Ability to speak a foreign language will be an asset.
